The Concept of Oilless Bearings and Safety Applications

    Oilless Bearings (SF-1) is a new type of metal bearing characteristics and non-oil lubricated

 bearing characteristics of the new lubrication bearings, by the metal matrix to withstand the 

load, special formula of solid lubricating material lubrication.


    It has the characteristic of high carrying capacity, impact resistance, high temperature 

resistance and high self-lubricating ability. It is especially suitable for occasions such as

    SF-2 reinforced lubricating bearings: acidic polymethylated aldehydes, with high wear

    Oilless self-lubricating bearings: The product is made of steel plate, the middle layer 

sintered spherical bronze powder, surface rolled polytetrafluoroethylene [PTFE] and lead mixture 

made. It has a small coefficient of frictiom, wear and corrosion resistance. Oilless self-

lubricating and long service life characteristics, use it can reduce costs, reduce noise, prevent 

sticky, slippery. It is widely used in a variety of mechanical sliding parts such as printing 

presses, textile machines, hydraulic trucks, tobacco machines, pharmaceutical machinery, fitness, 

micro-motor, cars, motorcycles and so on.

    Metal-based inlaid solid self-lubricating bearings: is a combination of metal bearing
