Selection and Characteristics of Composite Sliding Bearing

       In order to solve the mechanical equipment in the high temperature, low speed, heavy load, 

dust, water shower and shock vibration lubrication, the choice of composite sliding bearings.

       1. Bearing the structure of composite sliding bearings in the bearing matrix metal

between the grinding, to prevent the shaft and the sleeve of the adhesivewear. This combination 

of rationality combines the complementary advantages of copper alloy and non-metallic abrasive 

materials, and is particularly suitable for oil-free, high temperature, high load, low speed, 

anti-fouling, corrosion, strong radiation environment, and in water or other solution 

infiltration and simply can not add grease to the special conditions of use.    

     2. Self-lubricating block area than the proportion of self-lubricating block surface area

run-in period to be fully lubricated, reducing the power drag power consumption.
