Oiles Bushings

     Oiles Bushings are developed on the metal friction surface of the bearing matrix to arrange 

the appropriate size of the hole, and embedded in molybdenum disufide, graphite and other 

aynthetic  self-lubricating block embdded in the metal sleeve, made of composite bearings, solid 

lubrication friction area of 25-65%. The solid self-lubricating block can work normally at a high

 temperature of 280℃. But because of its low mechanical strength, weak carrying capacity, easy 

to produce deformation, it is embedded in the metal hole slot can inhibit this shortcoming, the 

formation of the metal part from the bearing role, self-lubricaitng block from the lubrication.

      It has the characteristics of high carrying capacity, high impact resistance , high 

temperature resistance and high self-lubricating capacity. It is especially suitable for high

 load low speed, reciprocating or swinging appilcations in metallurgical caster, rolling 

equipment, mining machinery, mold, lifting machine, textile machinery, wind power eneration,

ships, steam turbines, turbines, injection molding machines and equipment production lines. 

Abrasion resistance is twice that of ordinary bushings.

    Conditions of Use Oiles Bushings:

    1.Oiles or less oil lubrication, suitable for refueling or difficult to refuel the place, can 

 be used without maintenance or less maintenance.

     2.Good wear resistance, small friction coefficient, long service life.

     3.With the right amount of elastic-platic, the stress can be distributed in a wide contact 

surface, improve bearing capacity.

     4.Static friction coefficient is similar, can eliminate the crawl at low speed, so as to 

ensure the accuracy of mechanical work.

     5.Can make machinery to reduce vibration, reduce noise, prevent pollution, improve working 


     6.In the course of the operation can form a transfer film, play a role in the protection of

 the grinding shaft, no bite phenomenon.

     7.For the hardness of the grinding shaft is low, not the quenching and tempering of the 

shaft can be used, thereby reducing the proessing of the relevant parts of the difficulty.

     8.Thin-walled structure, light weight, can reduce the the mechanical volume.

     9.Steel can be plated on the back of a variety of metal, can be used in corrosive media. Has
